Md. Shimul Mia: A huge Dua and Iftar Mahfil was organized by Gaibandha Sadar Police Station BNP. The gathering was held on Thursday (27 March 2025) at Aman Ullah High School grounds of Dariapur. According to the organizers, about 30 thousand people participate in the event, which becomes the center of discussions in the area.

The acting convener of the Gaibandha Sadar Upazila BNP Md. Nurul Azad Mandal presided over the program.

Gaibandha district BNP general secretary public leader Md. Mahmudunnabi Tutul was present as the chief guest.Public leader Md. Arju Mia, Vice-President of Gaibandha District BNP was present as a special guest.

Speakers wish the country leader Begum Khaleda Zia long life and good health in their speech. Besides, they urge BNP to win the next election in Gaibandha Sadar seat by huge votes. They said, BNP is a group of people, and the people are with BNP

Locals say, never seen such a huge crowd before. Many said, it was not just an Iftar Mahfil, but it was an expression of people's love for BNP.

BNP president, Chatra Dal, Youth Dal, volunteer group and organization leaders participated in the Iftar Mahfil. Leaders and workers said, this mass gathering proves that BNP is still a party of the people's heart.

Special prayers were organized in the Mahfil for the well being of Begum Khaleda Zia, the welfare of Zia family and peace of the country.

Gaibandha BNP proved again through such a huge presence and mass gathering, the trust and love of the common people for the party remains unbreakable.
